of The Adirondack Art Association

Welcome to the

Established 1963

Involving & Inspiring

This year we celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Adirondack Art Association.  In 1963, a small group of artists from the Essex- Willsboro area formed the Adirondack Art Association to “foster interest in the arts…”. Since the beginning, the hamlet of Essex has been our home base.  Being close to the Ferry and a main thoroughfare has kept our gallery a destination for Art lovers and Artists.

Our 2024 season kicks off Friday, June 28, 2024 with an Opening reception  5 - 7 pm in our new home at 2310 Main Street, Essex, NY 12936. We will also be showing the work of long time members and many new members.

Visit "Holidays in Essex"

on December 2, 2023!

There will be a craft market, food and great times for all. The Annual Town Tree Lighting will be on Friday December 1 at 6 pm!

The Gallery will be open for the entire event so you can get some holiday shopping done from our fantastic selection of Art, Books, Pottery, Jewelry and Clothing. See you then!

The first show of the

2024 Season

will feature the work of

Dick Brogowski

We will be open every Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon until 4 pm until December 3rd 2023
